Fitness group


you can conveniently access all fitness groups in our club with a 10x card. You don't need any basic courses, you arrive in training clothes with bare feet and possibly a bottle of water with you and Sami makes sure you go home sweaty 💪.

The sports are power training, i.e. muscle fitness with heart rate included, fitness balls of different weights included in the training, etc.

Kettlebell means functionality and muscle condition.

Fitness boxing where only calories are knocked out.
