In the courses, you need a T-shirt, sweatpants or shorts, training takes place with bare feet. Remember to take off the jewelry and tape any piercings. Nails should be short so you don't scratch your training partner. Remember hygiene and wash your hands and feet in the gym before training, so you should bring a small towel with you.

Basic courses are organized in stand-up combat sports and mat sports.

2. For whom the sports are suitable

All sports in our club are suitable for the whole family, the age limit for ring and mat martial arts is 13 years. Children under 13 years of age can participate in fitness boxing, under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent who guides the child and ensures that training is safe.

Fitness groups and side training take place without contact, excluding holding equipment for the training partner, these groups are suitable for all ages as long as the training partner is suitable. We try to take into account that the training pairs are of the same level. If your condition is bad, it will improve in this group. Everyone does according to their own fitness level.

You can join advanced groups after completing the basic course, so training can continue immediately after the course ends. The student looks at the price list of the extension group and buys practice time for his cell. It is recommended to start the training of the extension group with a trainee of the same level, so the differences in level with those who have trained longer are not so great. Those who have just finished the basic course do not need to make hard contact with those who have been training longer. In the training of the advanced group, you must have your own equipment, which initially includes mouthguards, boxing gloves, shin guards, sport-specific shorts, lower guards, armbands, head protection, and it is also good to have elbow guards and ankle braces. All equipment is for sale in the gym. When the trainee of the extension group buys training time, he can also train in the training of the fitness groups.

After the course, the easiest way to continue is a kicking group where no contact is made with the training pair, with the exception of holding equipment. If after the course you feel ready to make contact, the follow-up group is the right place.
